We accept all credit cards including American Express and Discover as well as reservations anytime seven days a week. All of our drivers speak English and can be easily understood. Some of us can speak limited Spanish and we have drivers in our network who speak other languages and now we have added technology that allows us to to communicate in real time in many different languages. We want to take this space to give a special welcome to the former customers of Virginia Air Link who are visiting our site. We have already had had some reservations that have been made from their former customers. We are excited to have you here and to try our service. We hope you will find this a pleasant experience and our prices very competitive.
Also, we want to draw your attention to our frequently answered questions page on our site here as down near the bottom of the page, we have a NEW section with a NEW POLICY regarding return reservations when we go outside of Richmond to pick you up and bring you back to Richmond. This primarily only applies to return trips where we have to leave Richmond in order to pick you up and we want you to know what YOUR responsibilities are. We have never had to enforce this as of yet and we hope we will not, but we must make sure you are aware of the policy. We will make every effort to let you know if this does apply to you, but please know your responsibilities in reserving a return trip with us and we appreciate your understanding.
On another important note, we want to let our veterans know, both retired and active, how much we appreciate your service to our country. We do have discounts for veterans on our trips, however know that our long distance rates are actually discounted more than our veteran discounts so either way, you are a winner with us and we appreciate you!
